Funky Husky Inc., a Florida corporation with offices in California ("MuscleBulls,""we,""us," or"our"), complies with Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. These regulations require producers of sexually explicit content to maintain records confirming that all performers were 18 or older at the time of production.
This statement tells you where our records are kept and how to contact our Custodian of Records for inspection by authorized government officials.
All models and performers appearing in sexually explicit content on MuscleBulls were at least 18 years old when the content was created.
We maintain government-issued ID copies (driver's licenses, passports, etc.) for all performers in content subject to Section 2257, confirming their legal name and date of birth.
For content produced by third parties and licensed or distributed through the Services, we have obtained written certifications from the original producers that they maintain records in compliance with Section 2257 and that all Performers were 18 years of age or older at the time of production.
Our designated Custodian of Records maintains Section 2257 records and makes them available for inspection by authorized law enforcement:

All records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records at the physical address identified in Section 3 above. Records are organized, indexed, and maintained in a manner that permits authorized government inspectors to locate them with reasonable effort during inspections.
The records are available for inspection by authorized representatives of the United States Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and any other federal, state, or local law enforcement agency with proper authority during normal business hours, which are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Inspection appointments may be arranged by contacting the Custodian at the address provided above.
Funky Husky Inc. is the primary producer of certain content made available on the Services. As the primary producer, we are responsible for creating and maintaining records required under 18 U.S.C. 2257 for content that we produce, commission, or otherwise create.
For all content produced by Funky Husky Inc., the required records are maintained by the Custodian of Records at the address identified in Section 3 of this Statement. The name and business address of the primary producer for such content are as follows:

As operator of the Services, Funky Husky Inc. may also function as a secondary producer with respect to certain content that we publish, distribute, or make available electronically, but which was originally produced by third parties. In such cases, we act as a secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. 2257A.
For content produced by third parties and made available through the Services, we maintain records of the name and business address of the original producer and the location of their Custodian of Records, to the extent such information is required under 18 U.S.C. 2257A. Such information is available upon request to authorized government officials.
The Services may include content produced by independent third-party producers, studios, and content creators. For such third-party content, the original producer (not Funky Husky Inc.) is responsible for maintaining records required under Section 2257 as the primary producer.
Each third-party producer is required to maintain their own Custodian of Records and to post appropriate 2257 disclosure statements indicating the location of their records. We require all third-party content providers to represent and warrant that they are in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and all applicable laws, and we reserve the right to request proof of such compliance.

The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 apply to visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct."Sexually explicit conduct" includes, but is not limited to:
For all content on the Services that falls within the definition of sexually explicit conduct as set forth in 18 U.S.C. 2257, we maintain the required records as described in this Statement. Content that does not meet the definition of sexually explicit conduct under Section 2257 is not subject to the record-keeping requirements, although we may still maintain age verification records for such content as part of our internal policies.
Certain categories of content may be exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 under the regulations set forth in 28 C.F.R. 75.2. Such exemptions may include content that:
Even where an exemption may apply, we maintain age verification records for Performers whenever practicable to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and to confirm that no individual depicted in content available through the Services was under the age of 18 at the time of production.

We will review all withdrawal requests on a case-by-case basis and will respond in accordance with applicable law and our contractual obligations. Please note that if you are depicted in content produced by a third party, we may need to contact the original producer to facilitate removal.
Funky Husky Inc. hereby certifies that:
Funky Husky Inc. has a zero-tolerance policy regarding the depiction of minors in sexually explicit content. It is strictly prohibited to upload, post, share, or otherwise make available through the Services any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct or any content that could be construed as child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
We employ a combination of automated tools, manual review, and third-party reporting mechanisms to detect and remove any content depicting minors. Any user found to have uploaded or shared content depicting minors will be immediately and permanently banned from the Services, and we will report such activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies.
If you see content that depicts a minor or violates child protection laws, report it immediately via info@musclebulls.com, our contact form, or use our reporting tools.
We reserve the right to update this 2257 Statement from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, changes in applicable law, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
